Print Small Details with Cura

Option to activate to ensure the printing of small details with Cura.
While calibrating my 3D printer using test models, I noticed after slicing with the default profile that Cura can ignore very small details.
The model used (shown above) involved text size that can be smaller than the nozzle size, resulting in a some dots after slicing (or resulting in nothing at all).
By checking the Walls -> Print Thin Walls option, Cura took into account the small details as shown below.
